I think that she was given her perspective based on a simple incident that took place with her dad, but those of us who spent their lifetime really looking at this issue is seeing how it impacts across the entire country, we realize that the great training that police officers have of de-escalating situations is not applicable in communities of color or in communities, where there are economically challenged in locations.

The problem is you don't see young white males being shot in the stairway. People take their time, they use de-escalation tactics. You don't see young white men in three piece suits being choked out.
