Would you agree that the best practice at that point is for the marketplace to end eligibility for APTC once an individual has been determined eligible for Medicaid as some States do?

So CMS conducts periodic and regularly scheduled data matches to identify duplicate coverage and will send notices to individuals with duplicate coverage to immediately end their marketplace coverage, if they are enrolled in Medicaid.

Obviously, nobody wants fraud. We need to root it out. But we don't want to use it as a reason to kill the program.

While I understand that there is always room for improvement, CMS has significant safeguards to minimize the impact of duplicate coverage; is that not correct?

We need to dial up pressure on Palestinian leaders to repudiate this violence, bring those who are responsible to justice.

It means accepting Israel's right to exist.

The Palestinians must end their incitement to violence, case closed.

As someone who believes in a two-state solution--best for both peoples, I believe--this thing is spiraling out of control.

Palestinians need to put down their knives and guns and their leaders need to come back to the negotiating table with no preconditions.

Our immediate goal must be to demand that those responsible end this senseless and lawless bloodshed.

We are failing as a society, and it is just shocking.

We can't continue like this. I mean, we have got to do a better job of educating people.

This is an epidemic. I mean, this is just beyond the pale.

I have always felt that we didn't do enough in terms of education, and in terms of that side of it.

This is shocking. It is absolutely, absolutely shocking.

The farm community cares about food. It cares about people eating a nutritious diet.

U.S. agriculture has a real and enduring self-interest reason for being in alliance with hungry people around the world.

Reforming a longstanding government program is never an easy task, but the need for these changes is clear.

So we need to take a fresh look at the program.

I really just want to applaud you for your commitment to this important issue.
