Andrew Cuomo is an American politician who served as the 56th governor of New York from 2011 to 2021. A member of the Democratic Party, he focused on issues such as economic development, healthcare reform, and education during his tenure. Prior to his governorship, Cuomo served as the Attorney General of New York from 2007 to 2010, where he gained recognition for his work on consumer protection and public corruption cases. He also held the position of Secretary of Housing and Urban Development under President Bill Clinton from 1997 to 2001, advocating for affordable housing and urban development initiatives.
Somewhere last night in New York City, a single mother and her children slept at a homeless shelter because you, Assemblyman Zohran Mamdani, are occupying her rent-controlled apartment.
I am calling on you to move out immediately and give your affordable housing back to an unhoused family who need it.
I’m calling the legislation ‘Zohran’s Law.’ This is obviously an abuse of the system.
Chicago is proof that incompetent leadership can turn a deep-dish city into a half-baked mess.
I have done it time and time again for the people of New York. Let’s do it again.

I know, personally, he doesn’t want to fight with me. Personally, I don’t want to fight with him, right? So I don’t think he’s going to be eager to create a conflict.
