Mr. Graves, one of your main concerns that the FAA currently does not have an official process to receive reports of UAP from pilots or others, correct?

I do concur with the Ranking Member as well as several other Members here on this Committee that this is a committee for whistleblowers and for the protection of whistleblowers as well.

It is important that criminal investigations be conducted fairly and free from political influence.

However, we are also seeing today is an effort to find some issue with this prosecution, this existing prosecution, this is a person who has admitted to crime and finding evidence of political interference, a very serious charge.

And, Mr. Ziegler, when you testified before the Ways and Means Committee, you also testified that you were told that it was then Attorney General William Barr who made the decision to merge the D.C. and Delaware Hunter Biden…
