I herewith call your attention to an agreement with Belgium made by the British and French Premiers and myself.
We shall not witness an immediate satisfactory adjustment of domestic and international trade relations.
In my opinion the legislation proposed is not in the public interest and is objectionable.
I shall adopt twenty of these children as my own temporary wards.
