“Executive orders of November 9, 1907, and January 28, 1908, setting aside certain townships in the State of Arizona as additions to the Navajo Indian Reservation, are hereby modified so as to release from the said withdrawals all of the unappropriated tracts in sec. 10, T. 24 N., R. 29 E., of the Gila and Salt River meridian, in Arizona, which tracts are hereby reserved as a rifle range for use of Company G, First Infantry, Organized Militia of the State of Arizona”
