My concern is that we have heard a number of reports about our prison system, indeed the Federal correctional facility in my congressional district. Inquiry was made concerning the ability of providing food to prisoners, which, of course, is of great concern to many of the men and women who work for us in the Federal prison system, and particularly because it may, indeed, be one of those contracted-out types of situations.
