if you voted for the Conrad amendment before, if you believe in wind energy and biomass and renewables, then you should vote for my amendment. The argument of the Senator from North Dakota is this will never make it out of conference committee, but that is not an argument against what we are trying to do. So let's put that to the test. If you believe this is the right policy and you want to tell those folks who want to do wind energy and who want to do biomass that you are going to support them, you should support my amendment.
