To see Russian-backed forces triumphantly moving in, taking over our American bases, is just disgraceful.

This is the worst example I have seen of what I call this Administration's fly by the seat of your pants foreign policy.

But the President's claim that he is reducing the U.S. role in the Middle East is simply a lie and the American people see right through it.
