I worry that if we do not send a strong response to Hong Kong there are many people, many leaders in the Western Hemisphere that is looking at this and saying, well, if the Chinese did it in Hong Kong I can do it here in Venezuela, I can do it here in Nicaragua, I can do it here in Cuba.
