The political reality is we would have done it in the House. There was no way to get a bill through the filibuster in the Senate that is fully paid for.

I think that it is incumbent on the Government to take responsibility and to act through the proper procedures and the proper channels when these kind of incidents take place.

It has only toxic influence.

I don't understand why this has become a partisan or Tribal issue in America.
