I guess my question is, why is it that, at this point, especially with the resources we have given you, we cannot conduct expedited interviews in these relatively few cases where there is an American family that is broken up?

I think that it is incumbent on the Government to take responsibility and to act through the proper procedures and the proper channels when these kind of incidents take place.
The political reality is we would have done it in the House. There was no way to get a bill through the filibuster in the Senate that is fully paid for.
I am sure you also agree just simply all of us as public officials just need to tell the truth about our elections.
I think ADL has also recommended that Congress move forward a bill that I co-sponsored, the Protecting Americans from Dangerous Algorithms Act.
