They have to get this done because every week it seems we're hearing of more markets collapsing around the country, and, you know, 10 million people are depending on their insurance today.

It should not take an Act of Congress to get this done.

We're telling those people that we're not going to pull the rug out from under them, and if we do this too fast, we are, in fact, going to pull the rug out from under them.

So getting paid fairly at every step of that chain is absolutely essential for my constituents.
