Yes, it is. I wanted to thank my distinguished colleague for bringing this issue to my attention. Let me say from the onset that I am very sympathetic to the gentleman's position on the issue. It is my understanding that the Committee on Government Reform has a 30-day review period in which to approve or disapprove all legislative provisions enacted by the city council.
