I would be happy to. Mr. Speaker, I yield myself such time as I may consume. Let me say to the gentleman that I want to salute you and Chairman Young for sponsoring this legislation, which is truly bipartisan, for bringing it to the floor and for giving Members of both parties an opportunity to join together. At a time when there is a lot of disjointment around here and lack of consensus, on this there is no argument at all; and I am highly appreciative of all that you have done to assist in this process?
