The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: TITLE X ADDITIONAL DISASTER ASSISTANCE CHAPTER 1 DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE Office of the Secretary emergency conservation activities (including transfer of funds) For an additional amount, to remain available until expended, for the Emergency Conservation Program under title IV of the Agriculture Credit Act of 1978 (16 U.S.C. 2201 et seq.) for necessary expenses related to the consequences of Hurricane Sandy and resulting from a major disaster declared pursuant to the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act (42 U.S.C. 5121 et seq.), $218,000,000, of which $15,000,000 shall be available for payments under sections 401 and 402 of the Agriculture Credit Act of 1978 (16 U.S.C. 2201, 2202), $180,000,000 shall be available for activities under section 403 of such Act (Emergency Watershed Protection Program; 16 U.S.C. 2203), and $23,000,000 shall be available for activities under section 407 of such Act (Emergency Forest Restoration Program; 16 U.S.C.…”
