The gentleman from Louisiana is correct. The intent of section 501(a) is to fund the repair of damages to levees and navigation channels caused by the floods of 2011. The committee has provided more than $1 billion dollars in title 5 of our bill to address navigation channel dimensions and make the levee repairs.
