The committee recognizes the important role of the Reserve, including the Army National Guard, as well as the Air National Guard, as a flexible and ready force that contributes to our cyber preparedness. I thank the gentleman from Washington for raising this important issue, and I look forward to working with him as we move forward with this bill.
