I have one additional comment. It is interesting that many of the press reports on this crisis situation--at least on the east coast--don't point out that many of these children are in military installations. I want to commend the gentleman for pointing out that, while they are well kept and looked after in those installations, it is totally inappropriate that children be put in that situation and that the Department of Health and Human Services and the administration need to do a better job of finding housing alternatives.
