I thank the gentlewoman from Minnesota for her amendment, as well as the gentleman from Kentucky for his strong advocacy. Supporting our industrial base is a strong priority of mine and our committee's. We think this amendment is a good idea. It sends another message to the bureaucracy that we mean what we say.
