I thank the gentleman for his comments. Madam Chair, these are not weapons of mass destruction. What a ridiculous characterization, respectfully. These vehicles, these aircraft are used to protect American citizens, and the law enforcement community uses them wisely, and they are overseen by responsible elected officials. I have registered my strong opposition to this amendment and yield back the balance of my time.
