I will support the amendment, but I do have some concerns. Of course we want the Corps to take a look at the cost of their operation across the Nation to see where they can make savings. We are seeking from the Corps information before we make any final decisions, but I'm supportive of their objectives. We just need to take a closer look at the financial justification for what they're doing. I yield back the balance of my time.
