Would it surprise you to know that the median unemployment rate in right-to-work states is 7.8 percent and the unemployment rate--median rate in the non-right-to-work states is lower, is 7.5.
There is no rule, there is no decision, there is no statute that says that any business must or must not locate in any place in the United States.
We are responsible for directly overseeing the effective and efficient performance of the Board.
This is a hearing that I think starts from the premise of a story that isn't true, or an era that doesn't exist.
