I thank my friend, and again, long before this was an issue on the evening news or the front page of the newspaper, the gentleman from Pennsylvania (Mr. Weldon) was working on this issue on his committee, on the floor. It is not a partisan issue, it is an issue that he has played a major role in educating people about. We thank the gentleman for that, and I look forward to following the gentleman's lead and to bringing legislation to this floor this spring that will help address these issues.
