I feel like a lay person among professionals, that the gentleman from Michigan (Mr. Ehlers) and the gentleman from New Jersey (Mr. Holt) are professional teachers of math and science. I know they share the same goal. I would just respectfully say that I think Mr. Holt's means of achieving that goal is the preferred one, and I would urge colleagues on both sides to support his amendment.
