PROTECTING EMPLOYEES AND FAMILIES FROM LOSING THEIR EXISTING HEALTH INSURANCE COVERAGE. Nothing in this Act shall be construed to allow employers to reduce insurance coverage for individuals and families who currently receive job-based health benefits.
