The Clerk read as follows: Mr. ANDREWS moves to recommit the bill H.R. 2667 to the Committee on Ways and Means with instructions to report the same back to the House forthwith with the following amendment: Add at the end the following new section: SEC. 3. PROTECTING EMPLOYEES AND FAMILIES FROM LOSING THEIR EXISTING HEALTH INSURANCE COVERAGE. Nothing in this Act shall be construed to allow employers to reduce insurance coverage for individuals and families who currently receive job-based health benefits.
