I think you are doing some of the most meaningful work in this Congress by your diligence here, and I am proud to be associated with it in a very minor way after the work you have done.

I understand this is a conceptual proposal, but we don't legislate concepts; we legislate statutes and they have real impact on real people.

I think you are doing some of the most important work in our country and you are all doing it very well.

I think every American should have health insurance.
