I assume the gentleman's question was not rhetorical. What we have to fear, we should listen to the advice of attorneys general and Governors and insurance commissioners from around the country who say we have to fear this: we have to fear a poorly regulated or unregulated structure that is not properly accountable under fiduciary standards and has no experience in running insurance companies, which is why they oppose the bill.
