First of all, I am most assuredly not demonizing the gentleman. I think the gentleman speaks with great sincerity. What I am saying is that the gentleman said I know exactly what is going to be cut. No one knows exactly what is going to be cut. Can you tell us, Mr. Chairman, where in the NIH budget you are going to make up the difference for not cutting cancer research by 22 percent?
