The text of the amendment is as follows: Amendment No. 3 printed in House Report 109-459 offered by Mr. Andrews: Add at the end of title VII the following new section: SEC. 7__. LIMITING RESTRICTION OF USE OF DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE MEDICAL FACILITIES TO PERFORM ABORTIONS TO FACILITIES IN THE UNITED STATES. Section 1093(b) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by inserting ``in the United States'' after ``Defense''. The Acting CHAIRMAN. Pursuant to House Resolution 806, the gentleman from New Jersey (Mr. Andrews) and the gentleman from Kansas (Mr. Ryun) each will control 10 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentleman from New Jersey.
