Security is something everybody agrees you have to have before anything else is possible.

For over 6 months, Haiti has had zero democratically elected officials.

It is imperative we make sure Haiti is equipped to hold elections when the time comes.

I do not want to pretend that I have an answer in my back pocket here over how to solve this problem.
