the American Cancer Society and all of these other organizations tell us that this amendment will help individuals who are in rural communities, minorities, and other medically underserved populations who suffer from a disproportionate burden of cancer, navigate the health care system, create more positive outcomes, save money, and save lives. That is why we urge all of our colleagues to support the amendment.
