Well, my understanding from reading the statement is that it is not necessarily agnostic.

What we do not need is a rush to nuclear power and a tinderbox of the world. And so, that is why the gold standard is so important.

it's truly an all-of-the-above approach ... And so it wouldn't be a weighted measure of one fuel source over another.
