Well, as someone who has been a strong advocate in a different context of being able to allow mortgage borrowers to refinance at historically lower levels, it seems to me that we should find the wherewithal to be able to achieve this, have responsible, continue to have people be responsible borrowers, be able to relieve some of their debt load at the end of the day.
