The question is on the motion offered by the gentleman from New Jersey (Mr. Runyan) that the House suspend the rules and pass the bill, H.R. 1263, as amended. The question was taken; and (two-thirds being in the affirmative) the rules were suspended and the bill, as amended, was passed. The title was amended so as to read: ``A bill to amend the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act to provide surviving spouses with certain protections relating to mortgages and mortgage foreclosures, and for other purposes.''. A motion to reconsider was laid on the table. ____________________
