The Clerk read as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following new section: Sec. __. None of the funds made available in this Act may be used to carry out the amendments made by section 100207 of the Biggert-Waters Flood Insurance Reform Act of 2012 (title II of division F of Public Law 112-141) with respect to any property located in the State of New Jersey or the State of New York.
