Jeff Van Drew is an American politician serving as the U.S. Representative for New Jersey's 2nd congressional district since January 3, 2019. A member of the Republican Party, he previously held positions in the New Jersey Senate and the New Jersey General Assembly. I think you've seen a rise in gun sales because the American people truly understand that they always can't count on the government to protect them.

There are times I reflect, now, and I say to myself maybe I wish that mother, that woman who could have received training and been a responsible gun owner, would have had an opportunity to protect her children and herself from that husband.
