There are a lot of people right now in the United States of America that are going through their own personal hells for many reasons.

I believe that we could do much, much better. Quite frankly, we were doing much, much better.

The problem with the budget is there are so many unpalatable unacceptable other parts to it that... jam a budget or jam a bill, or whatever it is with all kinds of other issues and initiatives that a lot of people don't want to see.

Don't you think it would make more sense to hire more Border Patrol agents who are trained for this and finish the wall--yes, finish the wall--rather than to continue to mishandle the crisis?

The supply chain crisis has shown that we need to invest in America to strengthen our economic position.

This is a difficult issue, and it is a challenging issue.

There are concerns about the wind turbines. There are concerns about the Coast Guard, and how it is going to be able to work in and around them.

Thank you, Mr. Chairman and Ranking Member. Thank you for the witnesses for testifying today before the committee.

My concern is that this administration is far more focused on spending money than on saving money, and that irresponsible mentality could hinder the implementation of the infrastructure law.

We have to get stronger. We have to produce our own goods and services.

We say as Americans that we are humane, and we are human, and we care about life, yet we buy so many products from a country that absolutely has no concern about that at all.

One Federal Decision cuts through redtape by requiring interagency cooperation, limited paperwork, and fixed permitting deadlines.

That is unacceptable. That is not the America I know. It is not the America I believe in, and we have to stop it, Mr. Secretary.

I supported this Bipartisan Infrastructure Law because it included conservative--conservative--regulatory policies negotiated by Republicans including One Federal Decision.

I look forward to working together on strengthening the readiness and responsiveness of the service.

This hearing is an excellent opportunity to publicly explore how we can improve the Federal Government to unlock the potential of advanced aviation.

This committee, the FAA, and the aviation stakeholders community are in conversation to determine how to best structure Federal organizations and policies.
