I hereby return without my approval House bill No. 8293.
I do not think there should be anything done with this valuable property which will in the least embarrass the Governmen...
There certainly ought to be a strong presumption that the case was fairly and justly determined by the Bureau.
I do hereby revoke my said proclamation of January 26, 1888.
