I am constrained to withhold my approval of the bill under consideration.
It appears that terms of court are now held at four different places within the eastern judicial district of Texas.
I do hereby make known and proclaim that there is hereby reserved from entry or settlement and set apart as a public reservation all those certain tracts, pieces, or parcels of land lying and being situate in the State of Montana.
This requirement proceeds upon the assumption that the foreign relatives coming here are in every case, by reason of poverty, liable to become a public charge unless the immigrant is capable of their support.
