I am constrained to withhold my approval of the bill under consideration.
An act to amend an act entitled 'An act to repeal the timber-culture laws, and for other purposes.'
Her pensionable relation to the Government terminated with her remarriage.
I herewith return without approval House bill No. 1299, entitled 'An act to pension Harriet Woodbury, of Windsor, Vt.'
