I support this budget because it takes the next logical steps in an already highly coherent energy strategy.

We need a modern and more resilient infrastructure to safely and responsibly maximize our growing oil and gas output.

I think the very important thing though is we need to talk about all of HHS programs, and all the tools we have in the toolkit in order to fix the problem, and not just focus on 11 percent of the action.

There are always going to be opportunities to strengthen and expand the Federal programs that serve individuals living with serious mental illness.

The GAO report notes that, and I quote, 'Staff from 90 percent of the programs targeted serious mental illness reported coordinating with their counterparts and other programs.'

We all agree that there are ways we can do better.
