The safety of our drinking water is an incredibly important topic which deserves more time than we have at today's hearing.

It simply does not meet the needs of public water systems and the communities they serve.

We have seen numerous serious problems in the Safe Drinking Water Act that should be addressed in any legislation this committee passes to amend the Safe Drinking Water Act.
