I want to stress that the resolution states the U.S. reaffirms its neutrality in the conflict. What we have purposely done here is to craft language that would avoid the underlying issue of territorial integrity versus self-determination or some of the other principles that are now being discussed in the context of the negotiations. So we purposely have not used any of those principles in crafting the language.
