Exactly. These were people that could not even afford to pay the $46 that the average person pays now for Medicare part B to pay for their doctor bills. Under the Republican proposal that was considered by this House, and actually passed by this House in 1995, that money would have been taken away. So essentially those really low income senior citizens would not have had Medicaid paying for that Medicare part B premium. I was talking to people who could not afford to pay another $7 or $8 a month.
