And instead, overall, the cost of paying for the prescription drugs is actually going to save the Federal Government a lot of money. Our problem is that when we make that case, we are not necessarily able to give an exact dollar figure. That makes it more difficult to make the case. But there is no question in my mind that there are tremendous cost savings to the Federal Government if we include a prescription drug benefit.
