If I could just say, I am really pleased that the gentleman from Michigan [Mr. Stupak] pointed out the capital gains difference, because I think the Republicans would like the public to believe that the Democrats are not reducing capital gains. In fact, they are reducing them, in many cases even more, but they are targeting them primarily to homeowners. Whereas as the gentleman mentioned, under the Republican plan it is basically across the board and, therefore, it means with stocks, bonds, collectibles, and all these other things that it is primarily going to the wealthy families.
