There is no question. And I suppose another concern that I have, too, we have our work cut out for us, because we have the Republican leadership now saying that they are not going to go along with anything meaningful here, and we are going to have to do a lot of work to counteract the advertising campaign that the tobacco industry is going to begin soon. But it is also important that we not let Speaker Gingrich and the Republican leadership get away with some sort of cosmetic legislation here that really has no impact on youth smoking. We have to be very careful with that.
