If I could just add, because I know that we do not have a lot of time left, our whole purpose really in coming to the floor and starting this education initiative again after the budget is to try to get our colleagues on the Republican side to come together with us on some of these issues. That is how we started out with many of the tax credits and the plans that ended up in the budget that improve access and affordability of higher education and ultimately if we keep at it, we hopefully can get the Republican leadership, the majority leadership on the other side to come together on school construction and the overcrowding issue as well, as well as the need for national standards that we talked about last week.
