I think we have made the point quite clearly tonight that Democrats are not talking class warfare. What we are saying is with the limited amount of resources in the tax cuts that are available under this balanced budget plan, it certainly makes sense to provide the tax cuts in ways that are going to help the average family, the working family and invest in the future so that there are opportunities, whether it is education or whatever it happens to be. It makes no sense to just shower most of these tax cuts on wealthy individuals or big business, because it will just not help the country in the long run.
