It is just so important in the course of the debate on this, if we get to it in the next week or two, that we stress that, that the preventative aspect of prescription drugs means cost savings. There will be some people who will say that the guaranteed benefit under Medicare that covers all seniors is going to be too expensive, and we need to come back and say you are going to save money.
